Damaged/Incorrect Items

No additional charges will be incurred, as LymphaBruh covers all costs. However, we will need a photo or video of the damaged item to process a return or refund. If you wish to return the products, we will provide you with the procedure and cover the return shipping costs.

How do I request a refund?
To return an item, please email us at contact@ LymphaBruh.com . Returns must be made within 2 days of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition. If the item is not in this condition, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the item is damaged, LymphaBruh will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the customer changes their mind after delivery, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
