These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website https://LymphaBrush.com .

The site is operated by VirtuosityMethod , a sole proprietorship registered with the RCS of XXXXX, whose registered office is located at ch. de gand, Brussels.

1. OBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between VirtuosityMethod ( LymphaBrush ) and the customer , from ordering to delivery, including payment and use of associated services.

2. PRODUCTS

The products sold on the site are new physical products , mainly electronic equipment .
They are described and presented as accurately as possible. In case of error or omission in the description, the responsibility of LymphaBrush cannot be held liable.

Any gift offered as part of an order is subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortage, the customer will not be entitled to any replacement, financial compensation, or equivalent benefit.

3. PRICE

Prices are shown in euros (€) , including all taxes (TTC) .

LymphaBrush reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated .

4. ORDER

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

After the order is validated, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

5. PAYMENT

The accepted payment methods are:

Apple Pay

Payments are fully secured via the Shopify platform.

6. DELIVERY

Delivery area: Europe
Estimated delivery time: between 6 and 10 business days
Carrier: La Poste
Free delivery

In case of stock shortage, a production delay of 7 days may be applied before shipment.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision .

Refund conditions :

The product must be returned in its original , undamaged packaging;
The SD card (if applicable) must not have been used ;
The return address will be sent to you by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The seller reserves the right to withhold all or part of the refund if the returned product shows signs of wear, damage or is incomplete.

8. WARRANTY

All our products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

In the event of a defective product, an exchange or refund will be offered after verification.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

The company VirtuosityMethod cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure , disruption or total or partial strike of postal services or means of transport.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by French law .

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
